Temporary triage
- Confirm whether the customer means AEC in the browser or AED on the desktop.
- For Billing Schedule questions, remember that BS can mean Billing Schedule in AEC, not just Balance Sheet.
- If Apps4Rent/hosted support already worked the issue and sent the customer back, use the AE Hosted escalation template.
