Do not escalate Bank Feeds before checking whether Plaid accepts the bank, whether the account is an investment account, and whether the Bank Feed Error log shows a clear reason.

Temporary triage
- Confirm the bank name and whether Plaid accepts the institution.
- Check whether the account is an investment-type account; Plaid does not accept investment accounts.
- Review Bankfeederrorlog.txt in Documents/AccountEdge before escalating.
- Set the expectation that Plaid escalations can take 1–4 weeks to reply.
