July 13, 2026 Payroll Compliance Update · Pennsylvania: Philadelphia

  • Withholding Tables/Rates: Philadelphia Wage Tax rates have been updated to 3.735% for residents and 3.425% for non-residents.

Improvements and Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the application to unexpectedly close (Termination Code 1115) when creating or editing a wage category. Not yet reflected on the public release notes page as of this writing -- confirmed via Jira, added here so reps have it.
  • California Payroll: Resolved an issue where the California SUI Employer Expense category was inadvertently reverted to the generic "State" expense type. This correction ensures CA SUI now displays accurately on all payroll reports and forms.
  • Shopify Sync Order and Payment Improvements.
  • Fixed: Entitlement Detail and Entitlement Summary reports now correctly include historical paid amounts for accrual-based employer expense categories that were entered manually in Payroll History. This ensures the Taken totals are reported accurately.
  • Fixed an issue where Cash-Basis Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports could display incorrect totals for certain paid invoices containing multiple line items assigned to the same account.

  • Shopify Sync Order and Payment Improvements.
  • Fixed: Entitlement Detail and Entitlement Summary reports now correctly include historical paid amounts for accrual-based employer expense categories that were entered manually in Payroll History. This ensures the Taken totals are reported accurately.
  • Fixed an issue where Cash-Basis Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports could display incorrect totals for certain paid invoices containing multiple line items assigned to the same account.
  • Fixed an issue where sales and purchase records, particularly imported records or those created automatically for early-payment discounts and overpayments, could be assigned the wrong "Ship To" card. A new diagnostic tool can correct affected records.

  1. v5.0 Renamed the working draft from v4.5-DRAFT to v5.0-DRAFT (kept fully separate from the live v4.5 site), built a Setup Guides landing page with its own scoped search to mirror Troubleshooting Guides, added a colored accent to the Support Guides nav button, cleared a leftover purple override from Current Escalations, renamed "Bank Rec" to "Bank Reconciliation" hub-wide, and corrected the stale Hub pages count.
  2. v4.6 Added AccountEdge Hosted and the AccountEdge Preferences Reference Guide; built AccountEdge Connect but held it back as a non-clickable Coming Soon item pending Web Pay / Direct Pay source material; moved Connectivity/Firewall/Antivirus and FileConnect troubleshooting into the Network/Multiuser guide and merged Network Edition Tasks into Network Edition Setup.
